Dr. Steven M. Silver is a psychologist, author and combat veteran of the Vietnam War. He is currently the Director of the inpatient Posttraumatic Stress Disorder Program of the VA Medical Center in Coatesville, P.A. Dr. Silver has been working with trauma survivors since 1972. He received his Bachelor's degree in History and Government, a Master's degree in Counseling from Miami University in Ohio, and he has a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Temple University.
