Max Reinhardt Promptbooks

Description

Three promptbooks, one book per Acts I, III, IV (No book for Act II); dual language books - texts are in both German and Swedish. Each promptbook is a typed script of play; no publishing information.
Act I: Black pen, purple pen, and black pencil markings. Markings on both German and Swedish dialogues, mainly Swedish from page 6 onwards. No markings from page 25 to end of promptbook. Markings in both German and Swedish.
Act III: Markings in black pen, mainly on Swedish dialogue.
Act IV: Markings mainly in black pen, very few small pencil markings. Markings appear mainly on Swedish dialogue.
