Description
Book in worn condition, some loose pages, some pencil marks faded. First few pages together, other taped pages scattered throughout. Yellow ribbon/wristband found in back cover, labeled “Vorstenlanden”. Blue pencil mark XXII in front cover page (possibly 1922). Stamped “Deutsches Theater zu Berlin” on front cover page.
Markings in black pencil and blue pencil, often used together. [Black pencil] music notes, stage directions, cross-outs, general marking. [Blue pencil] mainly used to underline and emphasize pencil notes and dialogues Markings of note: Exhaustive table of numbers after title page, confirmed rehearsal schedule (Spans from 25.3.09 to 22.9.19), cast list, stage sketches/directions, and notes about music.
