Joy Yagman currently works as a coordinator for senior programs at Pace University's Active Retirement Center, one of the longest-running—and liveliest—programs for older adults in New York. Before that, she worked as a labor services representative for the New York State Department of Labor, a case manager for the Neighborhood Coalition for Shelter in New York City, and a Health Insurance Information Counseling and Assistance Program (HIICAP).
