Biographical Text

Dr. Dieu T. Nguyen grew up in An Giang during the Vietnam War, is a professor of History at Temple University and a writer. Dr. Nguyen completed her undergraduate and graduate studies at the Sorbonne and the University of Aix-en-Provence. She is the author of The Mekong River and The Struggle for Indochina: Water, War, and Peace.
