As a History Professor at Rutgers, Dr. Diner specializes in immigration reform. In 2011 Diner was the inaugural recipient of an award named in his honor by the Rutgers Institute for Ethical Leadership for demonstrating a long-term commitment to &#039;strengthening civil society through ethical leadership.&#039; Dr. Diner has published two books and numerous articles on higher education and public policy.]]></dcterms:description>
