Dr. Campbell is a Associate Professor Emeritus of Political Science and International Relations at Universtiy of Delaware, and he is the author for several journal articles and a book titled <em>A Tale of Two Quagmires: Iraq, Vietnam and the Hard Lessons of War</em>. He has a Bachelor's degree in History, as well as a Master's degree and Ph.D. in Political Science from Temple University.&nbsp; Dr. Campbell served in Vietnam during the Vietnam War in 1968 and 1969 and received a Purple Heart for his bravery.
